01 — Operating problem

What the organization needed to change.

The work began with the operating environment: where information entered, how decisions were made, which systems held context, and where manual handling or fragmentation created risk.

Operational instructions arrived through several channels and depended on people to interpret the request, create the right CRM task, assign ownership, and remember follow-up. The organization needed a consistent command-to-action layer without creating another standalone task system.

02 — System and delivery

What we designed and implemented.

The work combined workflow design, system integration, AI or automation where appropriate, and the controls required for the system to operate inside the existing environment.

The architecture provides a consistent path from an operational request to a traceable CRM action. It reduces channel fragmentation, preserves accountability in the system of record, and creates a foundation for later agent-assisted coordination.
