Call Intelligence inside VTiger CRM

A production workflow that turns recorded calls into structured intelligence inside the CRM record where teams already work.

Client identity and commercial details are withheld. The system description, delivery pattern, and status reflect actual work; no public testimonial or financial result is implied.

01 — Operating problem

What the organization needed to change.

The work began with the operating environment: where information entered, how decisions were made, which systems held context, and where manual handling or fragmentation created risk.

Recorded customer and operational calls were available inside the CRM environment, but the information inside them was difficult to review consistently, compare across records, or reuse in downstream workflows. The organization needed a repeatable processing path that preserved the relationship between each recording, the people involved, and the CRM record.

02 — System and delivery

What we designed and implemented.

The work combined workflow design, system integration, AI or automation where appropriate, and the controls required for the system to operate inside the existing environment.

  1. 01

Connected call recordings and linked CRM records to an orchestrated processing workflow.

  2. 02

Applied transcription, speaker separation, and structured analysis for summaries, intent, sentiment, and supporting metadata.

  3. 03

Returned human-readable text and machine-readable outputs to the corresponding VTiger records.

  4. 04

Added processing visibility and error-handling foundations for ongoing reliability and later expansion.

03 — Production evidence

What exists beyond the presentation layer.

We use evidence that can be inspected: system connections, structured outputs, audit trails, operating controls, documented workflows, and the state of deployment.

04 — Outcome

The operational change.

The organization now has a repeatable way to convert calls into searchable, structured operational context inside the CRM. Teams can review the call without replaying the entire recording, while future workflows can use the structured output for follow-up, scoring, forecasting, quality review, and record updates.

Any future quantified outcome published for this work will be tied to a documented baseline, an agreed measurement method, and client approval.
