01 — Operating problem

What the organization needed to change.

The work began with the operating environment: where information entered, how decisions were made, which systems held context, and where manual handling or fragmentation created risk.

Business communications needed to move from Microsoft 365 discovery exports into a CRM environment without losing message metadata, attachments, relationships, or the ability to verify what had been processed. Manual handling would have been slow and difficult to audit.

02 — System and delivery

What we designed and implemented.

The work combined workflow design, system integration, AI or automation where appropriate, and the controls required for the system to operate inside the existing environment.

  1. 01

Used Microsoft Purview eDiscovery exports as the controlled source for the migration set.

  2. 02

Processed message and CSV data through a structured extraction and normalization workflow.

  3. 03

Prepared database records and attachments for mapping into the relevant VTiger modules and relationships.

  4. 04

Separated the historical migration path from the later live-synchronization architecture.

03 — Production evidence

What exists beyond the presentation layer.

We use evidence that can be inspected: system connections, structured outputs, audit trails, operating controls, documented workflows, and the state of deployment.

  • Controlled

    staged extraction and transformation workflow

  • Validated

    structured checks before CRM loading

  • CRM-ready

messages, metadata, and attachments prepared for VTiger

04 — Outcome

The operational change.

The delivery created a repeatable, inspectable path from exported communications to CRM-ready data. It reduced manual interpretation, preserved migration traceability, and established the technical foundation for a later live synchronization process.

Any future quantified outcome published for this work will be tied to a documented baseline, an agreed measurement method, and client approval.
